We’re looking for an experienced Senior BSP Engineer to join a high-tech engineering team working on an advanced LEO satellite constellation and next-generation landing station technology.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain BSPs for ARM-based embedded Linux systems

• Lead hardware platform bring-up and commissioning

• Develop and optimise Linux kernel drivers

• Work with high-speed interfaces including PCIe, Ethernet, SPI, I²C, UART and DMA

• Customise and enhance U-Boot bootloaders

• Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware engineers on hardware/software integration

• Debug and validate systems using JTAG, logic analysers and oscilloscopes

What we’re looking for

• 5–7+ years’ experience in BSP, embedded systems and system bring-up

• Strong C/C++ programming skills

• Extensive Embedded Linux experience, including Device Trees and kernel-level development

• Experience with U-Boot

• Strong understanding of hardware interfaces and protocols

• Experience with hardware debugging tools

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

⭐ Nice to have

• Wireless systems development experience

• Digital and analogue experience

• Secure boot and security protocols

• Python or Bash scripting
