Senior C/C++ Core Developer

I’m recruiting for a fast-growing technology company developing advanced data infrastructure for large-scale AI, enterprise, and analytics workloads.

This is a core engineering role focused on building high-performance distributed systems that process massive volumes of data. The work combines modern C/C++, deep Linux internals, system architecture, performance optimization, and complex production debugging.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable distributed services, storage engines, and data-processing components in C/C++

• Work on high availability, data consistency, replication, fault tolerance, and multi-node concurrency

• Optimize critical execution paths, memory management, low-level data structures, and I/O performance

• Investigate complex production issues across application code, networking, file systems, and operating system layers

• Own critical features from architecture and implementation through rollout and production observability

What you need

• Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ systems programming

• Deep understanding of Linux internals, including processes, threads, synchronization, memory allocation, and I/O

• Experience developing complex backend services or distributed systems

• Strong understanding of scalability, concurrency, reliability, and failover mechanisms

• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and distributed communication patterns

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
