Senior Commercial Counsel

Papaya is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile gaming companies, delivering entertainment to millions of players globally. We are looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our legal team and support a wide range of legal matters across the company’s global operations. This role (reporting to the VP General Counsel) will work closely with the business, marketing, finance, product and HR teams, providing practical legal guidance and supporting strategic business initiatives and company growth.

Requirements: • 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in a high-tech or gaming company. • LL.B. and a valid attorney license. • Wide experience with commercial agreements and intellectual property matters - a must! • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Experience advising technology companies - required; gaming industry experience - an advantage.
