About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Economist to join our Global finance team in in Airport City, Israel as Senior Costing Analyst. This role will be responsible for leading, developing and analyzing ADAMA's global assets and product cost data. This role supports the management of our global profitability system and is used as part of executive management decision making, measuring company performance and KPIs. The focus of this role is on improving our product costing and profitability by supporting key financial costing systems to better drive the control and understanding of products costing.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Profitability Management

• Analyze and monitor product, manufacturing, and supply chain costs across the organization

• Support the development and maintenance of global costing methodologies and policies.

• Perform profitability analyses and identify cost drivers impacting margins.

• Monitor cost changes and evaluate their impact on product and market profitability.

• Support standardization and continuous improvement of costing processes across regions and manufacturing sites.

• Partner with local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of costing models and calculation

Asset Management

• Conduct financial analysis and monitoring of inventory, fixed assets, and asset-related allocations.

• Analyze asset utilization, asset productivity, and capital efficiency metrics.

• Support asset capitalization, depreciation analysis, and asset-related planning processes.

• Build business cases to evaluate assets

• Improve transparency and control over asset-related cost allocations and profitability impacts.

• Develop dashboards to support management decision-making regarding assets and inventory

Financial Analysis & Business Partnering

• Conduct monthly analyses of actual results, forecasts, and budgets

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Economics, Cost Accounting, or Corporate Finance

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment – strong advantage

• Experience with costing methodologies, inventory analysis, or asset management processes – strong advantage

• BA in Economics – mandatory

• English required at a high level (reading writing, speaking) – daily work performed in English

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

• Need to have a high level of comfort with managing, maintaining and manipulating large data sets

• Excel – excellent skills required
