Senior Cybersecurity Leader

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Leader to join a leading technology organization and serve as the right hand of the Head of Information Security & Cyber.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Cybersecurity Project Managers and Security Architects.

• Define and lead the organization's cybersecurity architecture and protection strategy.

• Drive Secure by Design and Zero Trust principles.

• Build and execute a multi-year cybersecurity technology Roadmap.

• Manage the cybersecurity project portfolio, including priorities, resources, risks, timelines and budgets.

• Manage significant cybersecurity budgets, procurement processes and strategic vendors.

• Define KPIs, methodologies and organizational standards.

• Lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity & Information Security.

• 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity teams and managers.

• Proven experience managing Security Architects, Cybersecurity Experts and Project Managers.

• Experience leading complex cybersecurity programs and projects in large organizations.

• Experience leading organizational transformation and strategic change.

• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity architecture.

• Experience with Zero Trust, Secure by Design and Design Reviews.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Security and strong understanding of Multi-Cloud environments.

• Experience with Cloud Governance, CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP and Kubernetes Security.

• Knowledge of DSPM, DLP, Data Classification, Privacy by Design, encryption and key management.

• Understanding of AI Security, AI Agents, Agentic AI Security Controls and AI Governance.
