Senior Data Analyst – Demand Planning / Supply Chain

Analytical Factor is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Rishon LeZion.

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong data analysis skills. Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, or related areas is highly preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex business data, identifying patterns and trends, and translating data into meaningful insights that support business and planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights

• Support demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, and business planning initiatives

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis

• Develop analytical reports, models, and dashboards to support business decisions

• Work closely with consultants, developers, and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

• Investigate data and forecast-related issues and recommend practical solutions

• Support implementation and optimization of planning and forecasting solutions

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, supply chain analytics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong experience working with large datasets

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Ability to independently investigate data issues and reach logical conclusions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong English skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work full-time from our Rishon LeZion office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, S&OP, or related functions

• Experience with statistical forecasting or demand forecasting

• Experience with Oracle supply chain or planning applications, including Oracle Demantra or Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning, is a strong advantage

• Experience with BI/reporting tools or Python is an advantage

• Experience working directly with business users or customers is an advantage

Important

This is a full-time, on-site position in Rishon LeZion. It is not a remote or hybrid position.

Because this is a full-time professional role, it is not suitable for candidates who are currently students in an academic institution.

Our office is a non-smoking workplace. Smoking breaks outside of the company's regular scheduled breaks cannot be accommodated.
