EIE is developing a new generation of AI Agents designed to deliver human-level intelligence, reasoning, and responsiveness while addressing advanced challenges in security, reliability, and AI safety.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Security to join our research and development team. This role offers the opportunity to drive cutting-edge algorithmic research and build next-generation Generative AI and Agentic Systems.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and optimize advanced AI and NLP models.

• Design and implement complex Multi-Agent Systems for sophisticated reasoning and decision-making tasks.

• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for Generative AI models.

• Design and improve retrieval systems, embeddings, and reranking methodologies.

• Research and implement advanced algorithms for LLM-based applications.

• Lead AI Security initiatives and improve model robustness against adversarial attacks.

• Detect, measure, and mitigate bias, hallucinations, and AI safety risks.

• Analyze and defend against Prompt Injection, Jailbreaks, and emerging AI attack vectors.

• Perform Red Teaming exercises and adversarial testing on AI models and agents.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, research, and executive leadership teams.

Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions, from model development and training through evaluation and production deployment.

• Strong hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.

• Extensive experience with Python and PyTorch.

• Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and modern language models.

• Experience in AI Security and/or Cyber Security.

• Experience identifying, analyzing, and mitigating attacks on AI systems.

• Familiarity with AI Safety, Bias Detection, Model Evaluation, and Trustworthy AI practices.

• Ability to read advanced research papers and translate theoretical concepts into production-ready code.

Advantages

• Experience in large technology organizations or data-intensive environments.

• Experience with Red Teaming and Adversarial Machine Learning.

• Experience hardening AI models against Prompt Injection and Jailbreak attacks.

• Experience building and deploying Multi-Agent Systems.

• Strong background in algorithmic research and advanced machine learning methodologies.
