Senior Designer

Workdays: This is a full-time, on-site position, located in Tel Aviv, Ramat Hahayal.

Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00–18:00, Friday: 8:00–16:00

We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Senior Designer to join our team and take part in developing innovative toys/packaging and unforgettable brand experiences.

This role combines product design, packaging, 3D thinking, and market research to bring global brands to life. If you love toys, thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, and enjoy owning projects from concept to production - this position is for you.

Must have experience in: Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator. AI and 3D tools

Experience in packaging design and design for print.

Job Description:

• Develop innovative toys and branding for global brands.

• Take projects from concept to production and shipping, including market research, toy design, packaging, materials, and 3D development.

• Manage projects and coordinate with licensors, factories in China, designers, project managers, marketing, and sales teams worldwide.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment with multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Manage English correspondence with Chinese factories, including product development, production requirements, pricing, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in: Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator. AI and 3D tools

• Experience with printing production.

• Strong understanding of toy construction, materials, and manufacturing processes, including plastic, plush, squishies, flocking, magnets, electronics, sensors, painting, adhesion, and assembly. (major advantage)

• Understand licensing agreements, development limitations, patents, and rights-holder requirements. (major advantage)
