Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Senior Development Project Manager for a leading financial organization in Central Israel
The role includes managing large-scale E2E technology projects from initiation through production launch, working across multiple departments, and dividing projects into MVPs
Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, scope, timelines, work plans, risks, and quality
Lead steering committees and project governance
Manage cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Information Security
Work closely with customers and multiple organizational stakeholders
Requirements
4+ years of experience managing large-scale development projects with multiple interfaces and significant budgets
Experience leading steering committees, building work plans, managing budgets, timelines, quality, and cross-functional teams
Experience managing projects from initiation through Go-Live
Experience working directly with customers
Strong proficiency with MS Project and Jira
