Senior DevOps & AI Enablement Engineer

bout the Role We are looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps & AI Enablement Engineer to join our DevOps team. The role combines CI/CD development, practical AI adoption, daily code reviews, and ownership of shared lab activities. The AI focus is on building solutions that improve internal development, DevOps, review, troubleshooting, and automation workflows—not AI product development. What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD infrastructure. • Participate in daily code and pull-request reviews. • Develop automation and internal tools using Python, Groovy, and Bash. • Research AI tools, coding assistants, agents, APIs, and integrations. • Build AI-assisted flows for code review, CI/CD analysis, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and engineering automation. • Turn successful AI proof-of-concepts into secure and maintainable solutions for software teams. • Own the availability, maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of shared lab environments. • Troubleshoot issues across Jenkins, Linux, build nodes, lab setups, storage, networking, containers, and virtual machines. • Work closely with software, validation, QA, hardware, infrastructure, and IT teams. • This position requires working from the Tel Aviv office at least three days per week.

Requirements: Requirements • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience . • Strong experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Python, Groovy, Bash, Git, and Bitbucket or a similar platform. • Solid Linux, Docker, and virtualization knowledge. • Experience reviewing code and providing clear, actionable technical feedback. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience applying AI to development, DevOps, or internal engineering workflows . • Practical experience with AI coding tools, LLM APIs, development agents, or similar AI-powered solutions. • Ability to evaluate AI tools, build proof-of-concepts, and integrate selected solutions into production workflows. • Strong troubleshooting, ownership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills. • Experience managing shared labs, test environments, or engineering infrastructure. • Ability and willingness to work from the Tel Aviv office at least three days per week. Advantages • Experience with MCP, agentic workflows, AI gateways, or human-in-the-loop automation. • Jenkins administration or shared-library experience. • Experience with Proxmox, VMware, KVM, Nexus, Jira, Confluence, or hardware-validation environments.
