Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv (Full-time on-site, near Azrieli Towers)

We are looking for a Heavy Lifter DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our elite R&D team in Tel Aviv. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building complex infrastructure from scratch (Greenfield), and want to drive cutting-edge AI and data platforms used by top-tier US enterprise clients (pharma, hospitals, and insurance), this role is for you.

You will work closely with our architecture team to evaluate tools, run POCs, and scale our next-generation infrastructure supporting advanced LLMs, ML systems, and heavy data pipelines.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities):

• Greenfield Architecture: Build and scale robust cloud infrastructures from scratch for new AI and data products.

• Kubernetes & GitOps: Manage large-scale, multi-account Kubernetes environments using Helm and ArgoCD.

• Infrastructure as Code: Write and maintain infrastructure using Terraform / CloudFormation (AWS CDK in Python/TypeScript is a strong plus).

• MLOps & FinOps: Support high-performance ML/AI and LLM infrastructures while optimizing cloud costs and pricing strategies.

• Cross-functional Impact: Collaborate smoothly within dynamic squad structures, supporting our US-based sites and stakeholders with high availability and ownership.

What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiables):

• Experience: ~5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer, backed by a B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering.

• Cloud Mastery: Deep, mandatory hands-on experience with AWS (Multi-account management) in your last two roles.

• Tech Stack: Proven production experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and IaC tools (Terraform).

• MLOps Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in MLOps, supporting machine learning/AI models and data platforms.

• Culture & Mindset: A true "heavy lifter" and people person with a high-drive, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and flexibility to support US hours when needed.

• Background: Coming from fast-paced tech companies or high-growth AI/Data/HealthTech startups. No traditional banking or low-tech backgrounds.

Note: This is a full-time, 100% on-site role located near Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv. Competitive, open salary with no ceiling for the right candidate.
