Senior Digital Product & Innovation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product & Innovation Manager to drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms, with a strong focus on customer experience, technology, service excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product management of the EGG mobile application, including product strategy, roadmap planning, feature definition, UX optimization, and delivery execution.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Development, UX, Data, Customer Service, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

• Manage and enhance the group's websites, including informational and service platforms, with responsibility for performance, accessibility, SEO, user experience, and ongoing optimization.

• Drive AI-powered customer service initiatives across voice and WhatsApp channels, including conversational AI solutions, service automation, and operational efficiency improvements.

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous product enhancement.

• Lead digital innovation programs and identify opportunities to improve customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

• Work closely with senior management, IT teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to align product initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Marketing, or a related role - Must

• Proven experience managing mobile applications throughout the product lifecycle - Must

• Strong experience defining product strategy and building product roadmaps - Must

• Solid technical understanding and experience working closely with software development teams - Must

• Hands-on experience implementing and working with AI tools and solutions - Must

• Experience using data and analytics to drive product and business decisions - Must
