Senior Flutter Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join the Mobile R&D team of an established technology company.

You will help develop high-scale mobile applications used by customers worldwide. This role combines hands-on Flutter development with meaningful involvement in application architecture, performance, stability and engineering best practices. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA and DevOps colleagues to deliver reliable, secure and user-friendly applications for both Android and iOS.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Contribute to application architecture, scalability and technical design decisions.

• Build and integrate REST APIs, WebSockets and third-party SDKs.

• Improve application performance, stability, code quality and overall user experience.

• Implement and maintain native Android and iOS integrations when required.

• Support mobile release processes, deployments and production troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews and promote strong engineering practices.

• Mentor other developers and contribute to the technical development of the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Flutter and Dart development in production environments.

• Strong knowledge of Flutter architecture and state-management approaches.

• Experience developing and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS.

• Practical experience with native mobile integrations.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time communication technologies.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes.

• Proven experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

• Excellent English communication and fluent/native Hebrew skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-moving product environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase, including Crashlytics, Analytics or Remote Config.

• Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, AppsFlyer or Braze.

• Hands-on experience implementing WebSocket or SignalR communication.

• Familiarity with Flutter Version Management (FVM).

• Experience working in a monorepo environment.

• Experience with automated mobile testing.
