מחפשים את ה־Senior FullStack Developer הבא/ה שיצטרף/תצטרף לסביבת פיתוח מתקדמת, דינמית וטכנולוגית במיוחד — עם הזדמנות להשפיע על הדרך שבה צוותי הפיתוח עובדים, מתפתחים ומביאים קוד ל־Production.
זהו תפקיד למי שלא מסתפק/ת רק בכתיבת קוד — אלא רוצה להיות מעורב/ת מקצה לקצה: מ־Design, דרך Development ו־CI/CD ועד Production, תוך שימוש אינטנסיבי בטכנולוגיות ענן ובכלי AI מתקדמים.
מה תעשו בתפקיד?
• פיתוח Hands-on של מערכות Web ו־Cloud מורכבות.
• עבודה עם Node.js / TypeScript / .NET Core בצד ה־Backend.
• פיתוח Frontend באמצעות Angular / Vue.
• תכנון, הקמה ותחזוקה של תהליכי CI/CD, בדגש על GitHub Actions.
• עבודה עם תשתיות AWS, כולל Serverless, ניהול זהויות ואבטחת מידע.
• שימוש יומיומי בכלי AI לפיתוח כגון Cursor ו־GitHub Copilot, במטרה להאיץ Development ולשפר איכות ו־Developer Productivity.
• ביצוע POCs, מחקר והטמעת טכנולוגיות וארכיטקטורות חדשות.
• בניית תשתיות ו־Best Practices שישפיעו על כלל צוותי הפיתוח.
• הובלה טכנולוגית ויכולת לקחת מערכת או Feature מהרעיון ועד Production.
מה אנחנו מחפשים?
• 5–7+ שנות ניסיון בפיתוח FullStack בסביבת Web / Digital.
• ניסיון כ־Senior Developer או Tech Lead.
• ניסיון משמעותי ב־Backend עם Node.js / NestJS / Express / TypeScript ו־.NET Core.
• ניסיון ב־Angular או Vue.
• ניסיון Hands-on בבנייה ותחזוקה של CI/CD ו־Pipelines, בדגש על GitHub Actions.
• ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם AWS.
• DevOps Mindset ויכולת לעבוד מקצה לקצה — לא רק לכתוב קוד אלא גם להבין איך הוא מגיע ל־Production.
• ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם כלי AI לפיתוח, כגון Cursor / GitHub Copilot.
• עצמאות, פרואקטיביות, יכולת למידה גבוהה ורצון להוביל שינויים.
• ניסיון ביצירת אינטגרציות AI מותאמות אישית, כולל עבודה עם MCP, Agents או כלים דומים- יתרון
