Senior Full Stack Engineer - Backend Focus

You will • Build and own core systems end-to-end, from architecture through deployment and iteration

• Work primarily with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS

• Make real technical decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and product direction

• Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and services

• Own what you build in production, including monitoring and troubleshooting

• Solve problems fast, and know when to slow down and do it right

• Use modern AI tools as a natural part of how you work

• Work closely with Product and the founding team, and help shape how the engineering team grows as we scale

Who we're looking for • 5+ years of meaningful hands-on engineering experience, including professional experience in a civilian product or technology company

• Strong recent backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript

• Strong backend engineering experience with distributed systems, microservices, scalable APIs, and solid data skills including modeling, pipelines, and structured data

• Cloud infrastructure experience with GCP or AWS, with solid observability practices including logging, monitoring, alerting, and tracing, using tools such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar

• Experience building real Web products as part of a strong engineering team, alongside experienced engineers and technical leaders, with meaningful code reviews, technical feedback, and high engineering standards

• Proven individual ownership. You can clearly explain what you personally designed, built, shipped, and owned in production

• A 0→1 mindset. Fast, independent, hands-on, and impact-driven. You care about what ships, not just what's written

• Strong belief in AI-assisted development, with hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar

• Willing to work full-time from our office in Ra'anana, 5 days a week, side by side with the founding team

You'll stand out if you • Have leadership or mentoring experience, or the ambition to grow into technical leadership while staying hands-on

• Have full-stack or frontend experience and can own the consumer-facing layer when needed

• Have experience in digital health, compliance-related products, or consumer-facing apps
