Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Next.js

• Build and scale backend services and microservices using Python and/or Node.js

• Design, implement, and manage ETL / ELT data pipelines to support large-scale data processing

• Architect, refactor, and optimize existing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance

• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and AI teams to translate business and user needs into robust technical solutions

• Ensure applications meet high standards of security, performance, and maintainability

• Optimize frontend and backend systems for speed, scalability, and resilience

• Implement responsive, mobile-first UI experiences across devices

• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to production and monitoring

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js

• Solid proficiency in Python for backend development

• Deep understanding of web architecture, API design, and database systems

• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs

• Experience working with scalable systems and data-intensive applications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Nice to Have / Big Advantage

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead

• Experience in Startup or hyper-growth environments

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices

• Exposure to data engineering, analytics platforms, or AI-driven systems
