We’re Hiring: Senior Fullstack Developer 🚀

TSG Group is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a development team working on complex and challenging systems in a Private Cloud environment.

The role includes end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle — from architecture and system design, through Frontend and Backend development, all the way to Production deployment.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript

• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases

• Experience designing and implementing complex system architectures

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and S3 / Object Storage

• Strong Code Review capabilities

• Experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code

Nice to have:

Python / FastAPI / Express, RabbitMQ / Kafka, OpenShift, Elasticsearch, RBAC / ABAC authorization systems, CI/CD, ArgoCD, Woodpecker, and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
