Senior Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of advanced AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and open-source models.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UX professionals to define, design, and build innovative AI capabilities that deliver real value to users. Key Responsibilities • Develop LLM-based applications, including chatbots, intelligent search solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and other advanced AI capabilities.

• Adapt, fine-tune, and optimize AI models based on business requirements and organizational data.

• Build data-processing pipelines and generate embeddings for vector databases such as Pinecone and FAISS.

• Design and implement advanced Prompt Engineering techniques and reasoning-based AI workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and architecture to development and implementation.

• Evaluate and continuously improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI-powered solutions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Master's degree or PhD studies are an advantage.

• Significant hands-on experience developing in Python and working with modern AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.

• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and AI system development.

• Experience working with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and Mistral.

• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as FAISS and Pinecone.

• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. Position Details Full-time position
