We are seeking a talented IT Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team within the Technology & Innovation Division, for a dynamic and challenging role at the intersection of procurement and technology!

What you’ll do?

• End‑to‑end management of procurement processes in technology domains, including software, hardware, information systems, cloud services, and communications

• Managing engagements and contracts with local and international IT vendors

• Receiving and analyzing price proposals and leading commercial negotiations

• Executing procurement activities in accordance with budget, procedures, and regulations, including tracking and monitoring purchase orders

• Ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Technology Division managers, project managers, etc.)

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a technological field

• At least 4 years of experience in procurement, including managing and leading large and complex deals

• Experience in conducting commercial and legal negotiations (including with international stakeholders)

• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle)

• Significant advantage: experience in IT procurement (software, hardware, communications, technological services)
