Senior/Lead Radar System Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced radar system engineer to take a key position in the company in our cutting-edge radar sensor domain. In this role, you will have a pivotal influence on the product and its field enablement.

You will be responsible for the design and development of the radar sensing domain, setting the architecture and the vision for the next generations of our products.

Your work will combine design of system requirements, architectural analysis and decisions, development's roadmap planning, hands-on execution and validation. This role requires excellent understanding in radar design and system-level processes combined with the passion to lead people and multidisciplinary domains. Our offices are located in Part HaMada , adjacent to Rehovot train station and we work in Hybrid mode.

Responsibilities

· Own and lead complex, multidisciplinary radar development processes from the definition and design phases through technical documentation, design reviews, testing, and final system delivery

· Serve as the primary technical Radar leader within the company and with external customers and subcontractors

·  Define system requirements and architecture for various product generations

·  Develop subsystem specifications and process flows

·  Build road maps, work planning and lead hands-on ongoing execution

·  Define and support the signal processing algo research and implementation for the radar sensor

·  Lead system‑level integration processes and actively participate in system testing and verification stages

·  Manage the product evaluation process in integration and deployment

·  Provide matrix leadership and guidance to hardware, RF, algo, software and integration teams across the organization

Qualifications

·  B.Sc in Electrical Engineering/Physics or equivalent, M.Sc - advantage

·  At least 4 years' experience in Radar Sensing domain

·  Team Lead experience- advantage

·  Hands-on experience in Radar hardware, system and/or signal processing development

·  Automotive/High-frequency/MIMO Radar experience – strong advantage

·  Background in integrating algorithmic, software, hardware, and RF components

·  Proficiency in simulation and performance analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python

·  Multi-modal systems experience - advantage
