Senior Linux System Administrator

We're looking for a Senior Linux System Administrator to join our team. Someone who will own entire systems end to end (software, hardware, networks and helpdesk) and who is eager to keep stretching their technical skills rather than settle into a routine.

From early on you'll be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take real ownership. You'll work across several clients: one major account will be your main focus, alongside smaller ones, and over time you'll grow into being the person who has the answers across the board. It's the kind of breadth you simply don't get in a single in-house role.

What you'll be doing • Supporting complex Linux-based environments, with full ownership

• Diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks across storage, compute and network

• Managing enterprise storage environments on NetApp: capacity, performance and availability

• Supporting network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, LAN/WAN topologies

• Maintaining monitoring and alerting, and acting on it proactively rather than reactively

• Implementing automation solutions: scripting, Ansible, Foreman/Cobbler

• Supporting Kubernetes clusters

• Supporting AI-assisted development tooling used by our clients (Claude Code) and the infrastructure it runs on

• Providing L3 support: escalations from L1/L2, and direct client communication in Hebrew and English

• Working across multiple clients with different environments and priorities simultaneously Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration (Ubuntu / RHEL and similar)

• Deep knowledge of NFS-based storage and enterprise storage systems

• Solid network fundamentals, with real vendor experience: Fortinet / pfSense / Cisco

• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix preferred)

• Comfort with Kubernetes at the operational level (PVC management, cluster health, basic troubleshooting)

• Familiarity with GitLab administration and CI environments

• Cloud knowledge (AWS / GCP / Azure), enough to support hybrid infrastructure

• Proficiency in Hebrew
