Senior Manager Business Operations

🚀 Senior Business Operations Manager | 9-Month Contract | Hybrid | Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to join a global high-tech organization and lead strategic Talent Development & Learning initiatives from end to end.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Lead and implement leadership & talent development programs

• Manage training sessions, workshops, and large-scale learning events

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and OD experts

• Manage event logistics, registrations, communications, and training materials

• Track L&D budgets, expenses, and vendor payments

• Collect and analyze program feedback and measure effectiveness

• Prepare reports and presentations with insights and recommendations

• Identify opportunities to improve development programs and processes

• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline operations and optimize program outcomes

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Talent Development / L&D programs

• Strong Program Management experience with complex, multi-faceted initiatives

• High level of autonomy and ability to independently drive projects from strategy to execution

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows and operations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment

📍 Location: Tel Aviv | Hybrid
