Based in state-of-the-art facilities in the village of Kfar Vitkin, north of Tel Aviv, Dynamica maintains offices, research labs, and workshops dedicated to high-level modeling, experimentation, and production. Engineers at Dynamica are key contributors to major R&D programs, infrastructure projects, and high-tech research buildings, including work in precision-driven sectors such as micro- and nano-electronics. The company’s projects span multiple countries, including Germany, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Canada, India, Nigeria, South Korea, and the Netherlands.
Role Description The Senior Mechanical Engineer – FE Specialist will lead and execute finite element (FE) modeling and simulations for structural dynamics and acoustics applications in complex mechanical systems and buildings. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kfar Vitkin and involves developing and validating FE models, performing dynamic, modal, and acoustic analyses, and interpreting results to support design optimization and problem-solving. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing technical reports and presentations, supporting experimental campaigns with correlation studies, and contributing to R&D projects and high-tech infrastructure design. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, improving modeling standards and workflows, and engaging with clients and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and present engineering solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) tools and structural dynamics modeling, with the ability to build, validate, and refine complex FE models.
• Experience in vibration, modal, and acoustic analysis of mechanical systems, buildings, and precision equipment.
• Solid background in mechanical engineering fundamentals, including strength of materials, continuum mechanics, and numerical methods.
• Ability to design experiments, interpret test data, and perform model correlation between simulations and measurements.
• Competence in technical reporting and documentation, including clear presentations of assumptions, methods, and engineering conclusions.
• Effective collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams, engaging with clients, and supporting major development projects.
• Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline, with emphasis on structural dynamics or acoustics preferred.
• Several years of relevant industrial or consultancy experience in FE-based design and analysis; experience in high-tech, micro/nano-electronics, or infrastructure projects is an
