Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Cloud & Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise Microsoft ecosystem. This role involves ownership of complex cross‑platform initiatives across Power Platform, Copilot, Intune, M365 Security, Identity Management, and Endpoint Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who can define architecture, lead implementation, troubleshoot advanced issues, and guide stakeholders through best practices in a large-scale, security‑driven environment. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure robust governance, seamless integration, and operational excellence across all Microsoft cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead mapping and optimization of Power Platform environments, including separation of operational logs and governance.

• Build and maintain Copilot usage dashboards and reporting frameworks.

• Design and implement Copilot Studio infrastructure aligned with enterprise security policies, including log retention, Agent 365 deployment, and integration with Microsoft Sentinel.

• Provide guidance and support for Power Apps dashboards and post‑deployment enhancements.

• Evaluate and implement identity and access management strategies across a primary tenant and an external ID tenant.

• Deploy and operationalize MDI (Microsoft Defender for Identity) and MDE (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint); assess implications for MDO (Microsoft Defender for Office).

• Implement and enforce Tenant Restrictions V2 across the organization.

• Support Windows 365 endpoint management through Intune, including backup-site operational readiness.

• Manage and secure mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Windows/Mac endpoints via Intune MAM/MDM, including handling new security requirements.

• Integrate Intune with SCCM, define operational implications, and execute the required configuration.

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for SCCM distribution issues and complex deployment scenarios.

• Offer flexible, on-demand support for Office 365 escalations and advanced incident resolution.

• Ensure rapid response and availability for urgent issues across MAM/MDM infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and enterprise security solutions.

• Deep expertise in Power Platform, including environment architecture, governance, and logging.

• Proven experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and integration with Sentinel.

• Strong knowledge of Intune MDM/MAM, Windows 365, and cross-platform device management (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).

• Advanced proficiency with MDI, MDE, MDO, and Microsoft security ecosystem design.

• Practical experience integrating Intune and SCCM in hybrid environments.

• Strong understanding of identity management, multi-tenant architecture, and external ID governance.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across SCCM, Office 365, and endpoint security.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexible availability for urgent escalations.
