Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager!

We’re looking for a strong and experienced CRM professional who knows Dynamics 365 inside and out, can lead complex projects end-to-end, work closely with clients, translate business needs into technological solutions, and take full ownership from requirements through go-live.

This is a key role with significant responsibility, independence, and professional impact.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects from requirements through delivery

• Take professional ownership of the CRM domain and provide solutions for complex business and technological challenges

• Work closely with clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and lead processes and decisions

• Write functional and technical specifications and translate business requirements into system solutions

• Manage project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, backlog, dependencies, and risks

• Work closely with development, implementation, integration, and QA teams

What we’re looking for:

✅ At least 4 years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects and solutions

✅ Significant experience in CRM analysis, implementation, and solution delivery

✅ In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, its modules, and business processes

✅ Experience working directly with clients and leading complex business and technological processes

✅ Strong technical orientation and understanding of development processes and integrations

✅ Ability to independently lead teams and processes

✅ Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and task prioritization
