Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications while contributing to architecture, performance, and engineering best practices in a fast-paced fintech environment.

On this role you will

• Develop and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

• Contribute to architecture, scalability, performance, and code quality initiatives.

• Build and integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Support release processes, deployments, and production troubleshooting.

• Improve application stability, performance, and user experience.

• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on Flutter development in production environments.

• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.

• Experience with native Android and/or iOS development.

• Experience with Android and iOS build configuration, signing, and SDK integrations.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes.

• Experience working with REST APIs and real-time communication technologies.

• Proven experience publishing applications to Google Play and the App Store.

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.

• Fluent Hebrew and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, trading, forex, or regulated industries.

• Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config).

• Experience with Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Braze, or similar tools.

• Experience with WebSocket/SignalR implementations.

• Familiarity with FVM, monorepo environments, and automated testing.

• Knowledge of OWASP Mobile security standards.
