About You  This isn't a traditional Performance Marketing role. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer who combines performance marketing expertise with a builder's mindset. You'll own global paid acquisition while leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to drive scalable growth. Working closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps, Creative, and Data teams, you'll build smarter acquisition strategies, optimize performance across multiple markets, and help define how AI transforms modern marketing.

What You’ll Bring

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

• Experience managing multi-market acquisition budgets.

• Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of attribution, reporting, and performance optimization.

• A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.

• Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.

• Experience building automation or scalable operational processes.

What You’ll Do

Drive Global Performance Marketing

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.

• Manage budgets across multiple regions to maximize pipeline, revenue, and ROI.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals. Build AI-Powered Growth

• Leverage AI to improve campaign optimization, audience targeting, reporting, and workflow automation.

• Evaluate and implement new AI tools that increase efficiency and performance.

• Build scalable processes that enable the team to move faster and make smarter decisions. Experiment & Scale

• Lead testing across campaigns, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

• Turn insights into repeatable best practices that continuously improve acquisition performance.
