Senior Planner

We are seeking a Senior Planner to join a leading global company based in Holon. This is a standalone, high-impact role with full ownership over end-to-end planning processes across supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

Own planning activities across supply, materials, inventory, and production

Translate forecasts and business needs into executable operational plans

Manage and improve MRP/ERP planning processes

Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supply risks

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, procurement, and internal teams

Track production schedules, shipments, and replenishment activities

Maintain ERP planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points, etc.)

Build KPIs, reports, and support process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or operations roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite – Advantage)

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong ownership mindset and excellent cross-functional communication skills

Fluent English (written and spoken)
