Senior PMO | Leading Classified Technology Organization | Central Israel

A leading classified technology organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior PMO to support the planning, management, and control of large-scale, complex technology projects.

The role involves supporting projects with budgets of tens of millions of NIS, coordinating multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment, analyzing and integrating project data, and leading risk and change management processes.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and control of large-scale, complex technology projects

• Build and manage project plans, milestones, tasks, and deliverables

• Monitor project progress, performance, and alignment with objectives

• Support technology projects with budgets of tens of millions of NIS

• Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment

• Analyze and integrate project data across multiple systems and sources

• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks

• Manage and control changes throughout the project lifecycle

• Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential project blockers

• Provide project insights and support management decision-making

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and technology stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in technology project management and control – required

• 4+ years of experience working in a matrix management environment – required

• Proven experience supporting complex, large-scale technology projects with budgets of tens of millions of NIS – required

• Experience working on projects involving multiple interconnected systems

• Proven experience analyzing and integrating project data

• Strong experience in Project Risk Management

• Experience in Project Change Management

• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Valid civilian Level 3 security clearance or higher – required

Education – One of the Following Is Required

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

• Degree in Information Systems

• Another academic degree combined with at least 400 hours of Systems Management and Analysis training

• Relevant professional technology experience gained in a recognized military technology unit, subject to applicable approval
