Senior Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer

About the role

Our Space and Missile Systems Division is looking for a Senior Board Design & Hardware Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Defining hardware architecture for avionics systems, including electronic units, boards, and firmware.

• Managing and leading hardware development activities performed by subcontractors.

• Defining requirements and preparing technical specifications and Statements of Work (SOW).

• Leading hardware design reviews.

• Managing hardware development, testing, and integration plans.

• Collaborating with Software, Firmware, Mechanical Engineering, and Systems Engineering teams.

• Leading environmental qualification testing for hardware, including HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) and qualification activities.

• Participating in system integration and field testing.

Required Qualifications

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.

At least 8 years of experience in hardware development (electronic boards and/or electronic units) and hardware integration – Mandatory.

Strong system-level perspective with the ability to define hardware architecture for complex projects – Mandatory.

Experience with hardware communication interfaces such as SPI, I²C, Ethernet, RS-422, and MIL-STD-1553 – Mandatory.

Experience managing subcontractors – Mandatory.

Experience with CPU and/or FPGA components – Advantage.

Experience in analog design, power supply design, and RF design – Advantage.
