Senior Priority ERP Business Systems Analyst – Finance

For one of our clients, a growing international company operating in the infrastructure and energy sector, we are seeking an experienced Priority ERP Business Systems Analyst to join the Finance Department.

The role focuses on designing and optimizing financial processes within Priority ERP, leading system improvements, strengthening controls, and reducing manual work. The position requires a strong understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and optimize financial processes in Priority ERP to improve accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Lead system improvements aimed at shortening monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.

• Reduce manual work through automation, structured workflows, and improved user processes.

• Design and implement approval workflows, internal controls, and compliance mechanisms within Priority.

• Translate Finance requirements into clear functional specifications for external developers.

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, functional design, development oversight, UAT, deployment, and adoption.

• Lead cross-functional system processes related to P2P, customer billing, cash management, and budget control.

• Provide professional support to controllers, accountants, and finance managers and deliver user training when required.

• Create and maintain procedures, process maps, and system documentation.

• Continuously identify improvement opportunities that support business growth, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Priority ERP, with a strong focus on financial modules – required.

• Proven experience designing and implementing financial processes, approval workflows, and control mechanisms within Priority.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, budgeting, cash management, and procure-to-pay.

• Experience improving financial workflows and reducing manual work through system-based solutions.

• Ability to translate financial business requirements into clear functional specifications for developers.

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or another relevant field.

Advantages

• Experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or another project-based financial environment.

• Experience integrating Priority with external financial systems, including banks, invoicing platforms, and tax-reporting systems.

• Familiarity with internal control and audit frameworks such as ISO or SOX.
