Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end experience of our B2B dashboards and customer-facing tools. You'll work closely with product management and engineering to turn complex self-serve workflows into interfaces publishers can use with confidence. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end user experience of B2B dashboards and merchant-facing products, from information architecture to final pixel • Lead UX research and map end-to-end user journeys, translating findings into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI • Set the UX direction for complex products, defining navigation, information architecture, interaction patterns, and workflows that make complex systems intuitive and easy to use. • Turn complex business requirements, data, and systems into simple, intuitive experiences, defining clear mental models, workflows, and interaction patterns for publishers. • Partner with engineering and product to scope, prioritize, and ship design solutions for multi-step, data-heavy workflows • Apply AI tools throughout the design process — research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and production work — to move faster without losing quality • Build and evolve components within our design system, keeping patterns consistent and reusable across the product • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, using research and data to support recommendations • Plan and conduct usability testing and other qualitative research, using insights and behavioral data to identify friction, validate solutions, and continuously improve the experience

Requirements: • 6+ years of product design experience, with a track record on dashboards, admin panels, or other B2B/SaaS products • Strong UX fundamentals: comfortable running research, mapping user journeys, and carrying that work through to final UI — not just handing off wireframes • Experience designing for complex, systems-heavy products (e.g., payments, e-commerce platforms, like Shopify or Stripe), with a demonstrated ability to simplify and organize dense workflows • Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of a professional design workflow • Solid working knowledge of design systems — using, maintaining, or extending one in a real product • A portfolio that shows both the process (research, journey maps) and the outcome (shipped UI) • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders Nice to Have • Experience designing for payments, checkout, or e-commerce platforms specifically • Prior experience in gaming, mobile apps, or the mobile publishing industry • Familiarity building or scaling a design system from the ground up • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) that helps you collaborate more closely with engineering What We Offer • A senior design role with real ownership over B2B products used by publishers around the world • A seat at the table for both hands-on craft and shaping design process across the team • A fast-moving, AI-forward design culture that invests in modern tooling • Collaborative work with product, engineering, and design leadership out of our Tel Aviv office
