Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a fanatical focus on UI/UX. The surfaces are complex, multi-step web and desktop applications. Your job is to simplify them. Full-time in-house in Tel Aviv. As our founding in-house designer, you will own our user experience.

You will design end-to-end user journeys for complex enterprise workflows - turning dense regulatory data, multi-agent AI reasoning, policy comparison engines, and multi-step web flows into elegant, intuitive, and highly functional interfaces. We are looking for a fast-paced AI-native designer who craves the mayhem of a startup.

What You'll Own

• End-to-End Product Design: Own the full design lifecycle - from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, UI design, interactive prototyping.

• Complex Workflow Simplification: Transform dense, multi-step enterprise flows (regulatory research, policy comparison, legal reasoning, AI document generation) into clean, frictionless user experiences.

• UI Excellence & Design System: Establish, scale, and maintain our design system and component library, ensuring pixel-perfect visual polish, consistency, and accessibility across our entire web platform.

• AI Tool Integration & Innovation: Leverage modern AI design tools (generative design, rapid prototyping, AI-native workflows) to accelerate design velocity and craft intuitive AI-human interaction paradigms.

• Engineering & Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers to ensure seamless implementation and flawless execution of design specs.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ Years of Product Design Experience: Or fewer, if your slope is steep enough. We care about trajectory and taste more than years. Proven track record as a Product / UI-UX Designer in fast-paced startups or high-growth SaaS companies.

• AI-Native: You don't "use AI tools", you design through them. You prototype in code with Claude, your Figma is full of plugins you built yourself, and you've shipped real interfaces for LLM products, not just chat mockups. You can't think of why anyone would design any other way.

• Complex Web & B2B Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design (UI focus) and deep experience designing complex B2B web applications, multi-step desktop/web workflows.

• End-to-End Execution: Proven ability to take a product concept from scratch through user flows, wireframes, visual polish, and production-ready handoff independently.

• Fast-Paced Startup Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapid feedback loops and flat team structures.
