Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, definition and delivery of innovative Data & AI products.

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, including product roadmap development, requirements , user research, workflow design, and customer engagement. The position reports directly to the VP of Data & AI and offers the opportunity to build a Product team as the organization grows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology environment.

• Proven track record of leading Data & AI products from concept through deployment and adoption.

• Strong experience translating business needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (2-4 trips annually).

Nice to Have:

• Background in defense or intelligence organizations.

• Experience with AI, NLP, search technologies, and information analysis.

• Experience in secure or highly regulated environments.

• Active security clearance.
