The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to own how we plan, coordinate, and deliver product. Reporting directly to our CPO , you'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams making sure we ship what we committed to, when we committed to it, with a steady and predictable cadence. This is a high-impact role for someone who has established program management principles and product delivery programs before in a startup environment. You know how to bring just enough process to create clarity and momentum without slowing a highly motivated, fast-moving team down. About the role • Turn roadmap priorities into clear, sequenced programs with milestones, owners, and dependencies, and drive them through to launch. • Design and run the planning, tracking, and review processes that make delivery predictable. • Coordinate across engineering, product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to enable us to successfully launch new products at a high cadence. • Establish lightweight status reporting and dashboards so leadership and stakeholders always know where things stand. • Run retrospectives, surface learnings, identify recurring bottlenecks, and continuously refine our processes and tooling as the company scales. • Help translate strategy into execution and prepare for leadership and board-level roadmap discussions.

Requirements: Requirements • 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a startup or high-growth environment. • A proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional software products on schedule. • Experience building delivery processes from the ground up and adapting them as teams grow. • Excellent judgment about how much process is the right amount for a team at a given stage. • Outstanding communication skills , with the ability to deliver clear updates and hard news to executives and individual contributors alike. • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure where none exists.  Nice to Have • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or with enterprise-focused SaaS solutions . • Experience scaling a delivery function through a key growth stage. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and release management practices.
