Senior Project Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an R&D Project Manager for a leading organization in Central Israel!

An excellent opportunity to take on a key role within the Digital Division, holding end-to-end responsibility for large-scale technological projects — from initiation to deployment.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience managing large-scale software development projects – Mandatory

• Proven experience leading project management offices (PMO) and steering committees, building work plans, and managing budgets and timelines – Mandatory

• Experience working in a matrix environment with development, QA, information security, and additional cross-functional teams – Mandatory

• High proficiency in MS Project and Jira – Mandatory

• Strong technological understanding of interfaces and architecture – Significant advantage

• Proven experience working directly with clients/stakeholders – Mandatory

• Relevant academic degree (Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science) – Advantage
