Your impact
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Engineering Design to join our collaborative team in Israel. In this role, you will support the delivery of complex semiconductor projects, working across planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management and design-build project delivery.
You will apply your project and design management expertise to manage the technical and commercial interface between project teams, clients and key stakeholders. Through your direction, guidance and support, you will help project teams achieve excellence and deliver against our clients’ goals.
You will also take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects, including contract administration, invoicing, forecasting, schedule management and quality documentation. Your commitment to safety and quality will be reflected in the way you work with colleagues, clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Manage the business–customer relationship and maintain strong client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee project implementation, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule and contractual requirements.
• Manage project financial and schedule performance, including forecasting, estimates and project controls.
• Liase with Jacobs' design center management for appropriate Staff and manage necessary resources to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Jacobs management to secure the appropriate staffing and resources required for successful project delivery.
• Lead and oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and Jacobs’ expectations.
• Work closely with the customer to prioritize key activities and ensure timely resolution of any programmatic issues.
• Develop and coordinate forecasts, estimates, proposals, Basis of Estimate documents and other project-related contractual actions.
• Prepare and deliver clear written and verbal project/task status reports for clients, project teams and senior management.
• Monitor project performance and regularly brief senior stakeholders using relevant progress and measurement data.
• Promote and implement Jacobs’ policies, procedures and values across all project activities.

Here's what you'll need
• A degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in project management processes, procedures and execution planning.
• Proven technical knowledge of process engineering and experience supporting semiconductor or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Proven knowledge of HSE procedures and practices.
• Proven ability to organize and manage complex project activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of project controls and project management systems.
• Experience supporting proposals, bids and commercial project activities.
• Understanding of engineering estimate bases and cost development.
• Good knowledge of project contractual requirements and obligations.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Kiryat Gat (office/site based – 5 days per week)
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• A master’s degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
