About the role:

NESS is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of core services.

The role includes Managing the development and implementation of dozens of enterprise applications, including cloud-based services.

Leading the organization through a cloud migration and technology refresh process.

Ensuring system stability and maintaining high service levels throughout the gradual transition to the cloud.

Senior management of a complex technological domain, including OpenText Documentum, Adobe AEM, Java, .NET, and Angular.

Full-time, hybrid position based in the Tel Aviv area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing 20+ engineers across multiple areas of expertise.

• Strong professional knowledge and deep understanding of software development and infrastructure.

• Proven team management and leadership skills, with a high level of independence and strong decision-making abilities.
