Senior Python Backend Developer - AI & Large-Scale Systems

A groundbreaking biotech company based in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Developer to join its R&D team.

We develop advanced genetic technologies for personalized nutrition, preventive healthcare, and precision medicine. This is a challenging, high-impact role involving AI development, large-scale data systems, and advanced backend architecture alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team.

Please note: This position is intended for experienced developers only.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience

• Experience designing and developing microservices

• Hands-on experience with AI development and AI coding tools, including Claude Code

• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills

• Experience working with big data environments

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Full-time availability at our offices in Alon Towers, Tel Aviv
