Senior QA Automation

About the Role We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior QA Automation professional to take ownership of quality across our digital products and platforms.

This role combines automation development with manual testing and requires someone who can actively write automated tests, test complex business flows, and drive quality throughout the development and release lifecycle.

You will work closely with our Development, Product, Data, and Operations teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and backend services.

• Build, improve, and maintain automation frameworks and testing infrastructure.

• Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.

• Test complex customer journeys, business rules, system configurations, and data-driven workflows.

• Validate internal management tools, back-office systems, and third-party integrations.

• Verify data consistency across user interfaces, backend services, databases, and integrated systems.

• Create test plans, test cases, and clear testing documentation.

• Identify, investigate, document, and track defects through resolution.

• Analyze production issues, support root-cause investigations, and help prevent recurring defects.

• Provide clear quality and release-readiness assessments.

• Help establish scalable QA processes, methodologies, and quality standards.

• Take end-to-end ownership of product quality while working closely with cross-functional teams. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA.

• Proven experience writing automation code and developing automated tests.

• Experience building or significantly extending automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation tools.

• Strong experience with web, API, backend, and integration testing.

• Experience with: Visual Studio, Python, Google Cloud Storage, Git Hub, Docker - a Must

• Good understanding of client-server architecture, testing methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.

• Ability to analyze complex business logic and investigate issues across multiple systems.

• High level of independence, ownership, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
