• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions to identify quality risks early
• Analyze test results, investigate defects, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, automation coverage, and release quality
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into the deployment process
• Monitor product quality metrics and recommend improvements based on data and testing insights
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across the team

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including hands-on test automation
• Strong experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
• Strong programming/scripting skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or automated API testing frameworks
• Experience with web application testing across multiple browsers and devices
• Strong understanding of test design techniques, exploratory testing, and risk-based testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Experience using version control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
