A leading and large organization is looking for a Senior Salesforce Implementer with proven experience in leading business processes and projects on the Salesforce platform.

The role combines hands-on work in Salesforce with broad professional responsibility, leading business and technical interfaces, and ongoing collaboration with adjacent organizational systems for the planning, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes.

Mandatory Requirements

Professional Experience:

At least 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce

Experience managing cross-functional projects

Experience working with internal customers and senior business stakeholders

Experience in business process analysis and design

Proven experience with:

Salesforce Field Service

Salesforce Optimization

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

Flow Builder

Reports & Dashboards

Permission Sets

Sharing & Security Model

Required Skills
