Senior Salesforce Administrator JB-4892

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own, scale, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

• Design and maintain advanced automations, objects, fields, and workflows

• Own system architecture, best practices, and overall Salesforce performance

• Manage users, permissions, security, and release processes

• Build and maintain integrations with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Outreach

• Lead data flows and integrations using Workato and APIs

• Run testing, QA, and troubleshooting for all changes and issues

• Create and maintain system documentation and process maps

Requirements

• +4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Systems Administrator, managing an enterprise-level Salesforce instance.

• Expert proficiency in building complex automation using Salesforce Flow.

• Proven, hands-on experience with the Workato integration platform, or similar iPaaS tools, to connect Salesforce with other applications.

• Proficiency in configuring the Salesforce platform, including declarative tools and the data model.

• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC sufficient for troubleshooting, performing minor modifications, and collaborating effectively with developers.

• Demonstrated success in integrating Salesforce with sales, marketing, and communication platforms like Outreach, Hubspot, and Slack.

• Strong understanding of data security, data modeling, and governance.
