About the Role: In this position, you will lead the specification, customization, and implementation of complex business processes within SAP S/4HANA (version 2023). You will author detailed functional design documents, work closely with software engineering teams, and integrate Generative AI solutions and workflow automations into enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and implement enterprise-grade business processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Write comprehensive functional and technical specification documents for core business modules.
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI and modern automation tools to optimize enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate daily with ABAP developers, technical architects, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in SAP business process analysis, design, configuration, and writing detailed specification documents.
• Proven hands-on experience and deep expertise with the SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Strong technological affinity with practical knowledge or experience integrating Generative AI tools (SAP Joule, SAP BTP, LLMs) into business workflows.
Significant Advantages:
• Experience with OData Services, SAP BTP, Clean Core methodology, and rule modeling via BRF / BRF+.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori / SAPUI5, SAP Workflow engines, ABAP code reading, and specific modules such as RE, FI, or CS.
