Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our R&D department. As an engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative, scalable, and high-quality features in our product. This role involves tackling complex technical challenges in a high-scale, performance-sensitive environment. You will: • Design and implement engineering solutions, ensuring high-quality and scalable code. • Tackle complex technical challenges, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective solutions for customers requests and problems. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Oligo.

Requirements: Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in backend development in cloud environments, with a basic understanding of frontend technologies such as React. • Proven track record of designing and building backend services using modern technologies in high-scale and throughput. • Experience with relational DBs (e.g. PostgreSQL), message brokers (e.g. Kafka) and caching solutions (e.g. Redis) for data processing. • Experience working with AWS and Kubernetes. • Strong ability to leverage modern AI tools in day-to-day engineering work, including code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and technical investigation. • Experience working directly with customers or client-facing teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
