About the Role
A strategic, customer-facing planning role with ownership of an independent
production line for a key customer. The role combines material planning, production control,
customer visibility, subcontractor coordination and risk management, requiring maturity,
accuracy, and strong end-to-end ownership.
Job Description:
▪ Own MRP execution, work orders, material readiness, and follow-up for a dedicated
strategic product line.
▪ Analyze supply gaps, material constraints, bottlenecks, and risks affecting customer
commitments and delivery schedules.
▪ Manage material flow, inventories, BOMs, part numbers, and configuration accuracy for
advanced laser systems.
▪ Provide clear operational reports and status visibility to support management decisions
and customer transparency.
Advanced Responsibilities
▪ Serve as a key operational interface for a strategic customer, including status updates,
escalations, commitments, and response coordination.
▪ Lead planning and control of the independent production line from early planning
through delivery, ensuring execution quality and schedule reliability.
▪ Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors in Israel and worldwide to maintain
priorities, commitments, and delivery performance.
▪ Improve planning processes, reporting tools, and operational interfaces to enable

Job Requirements:
▪ Industrial Engineering and Management degree, or equivalent senior experience in
production planning, material planning, or program operations.
▪ 5–8+ years of proven experience in production planning and control within a technology
manufacturing environment.
▪ Strong ownership, independent execution, and the ability to manage priorities across
customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
▪ Solid experience with BOMs, work orders, material planning, component availability,
inventory control, and configuration accuracy.
▪ Ability to analyze risks, communicate clear status, and present reliable updates to
management and customer-facing stakeholders.
▪ Experience in electro-optical, laser, defense, aerospace, medical device, or advanced
technology environments — a significant advantage.
▪ High level of accuracy, maturity, organization, service orientation, and resilience under
pressure.
▪ Advanced Excel and Office skills; familiarity with SAP Business One, ERP systems, or
planning tools — an advantage.
