Senior System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated System Administrator to join a leading global manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining core IT systems, managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure, and providing Tier-3 support for complex technical challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and global sites to ensure high availability, optimal system performance, and robust cyber security standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in project planning, architecture, and deployment of new IT systems.

• Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting and support for complex IT and helpdesk escalations.

• Perform daily system monitoring, ensuring integrity and availability of server resources, hardware, storage, and IP telephony.

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud environments and Microsoft 365 cloud applications.

• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and endpoint deployments (SCCM/Intune).

• Implement cyber security best practices, including security policies, hardening, firewalls, and mitigation tools.

• Interface with external vendors, service providers, and system integrators.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in global/enterprise environments.

• Deep Windows & Microsoft expertise: Active Directory, GPO, DNS, PowerShell scripting, Hypervisors, and System Center (SCCM/SCOM).

• Strong Cloud & M365 knowledge: Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, Teams & PSTN, and SharePoint/OneDrive.

• Networking & Security background: Experience with Cisco/Aruba hardware, Firewalls, Routing, Proxy, NAC, SSL-VPN, and Microsoft Defender/ATP security suites.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent English (written and verbal) – mandatory.
