The role: requirement gathering, writing spec documents, collaborating with clients/developers/QA, and driving process improvement.

Requirements:

✅ 4+ years in systems analysis

✅ Experience writing spec documents

✅ Experience working with dev & QA teams

✅ Ability to work across multiple interfaces

✅ Relevant academic degree
