Experienced System Analyst - Leading Financial Institution

A leading financial institution is looking for an experienced System Analyst to join a professional and dynamic technology environment.

Key Responsibilities • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Design technological solutions and lead tasks and projects end-to-end.

• Work closely with development teams and allocate tasks in a matrix environment.

• Monitor development progress and provide ongoing professional support.

• Work with Jira and Confluence for specification documentation and task management.

• Work with SwaggerHub or similar tools for creating Swagger documentation.

• Work with REST API-based systems, including service specification and exposure.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders. Requirements • Minimum 7 years of experience as a System Analyst, including requirements gathering and specification writing – mandatory.

• Experience working with banking systems – mandatory.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with digital systems – mandatory.

• Proven experience with REST APIs, including requirements gathering, specification writing, and Swagger creation – mandatory.

• Strong system-wide perspective and analytical capabilities.

• Proven ability to lead tasks and processes from requirements through implementation.

• Experience working independently and as part of a team. Advantages • Technical background and development experience.

• Experience reading and understanding code.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong self-learning capabilities and a high level of service orientation.
