Senior System Engineer

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to take ownership of enterprise endpoint environments and lead complex infrastructure support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of enterprise endpoint infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and peripherals.

• Management and optimization of Windows 10/11 environments at scale.

• Management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with a strong understanding of cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

• Management of SCCM and/or Intune, including policies, deployment, security and device lifecycle.

• Building, maintaining and deploying enterprise Images, including large-scale deployment and Patch Management processes.

• Writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and operational processes.

• Providing professional leadership, mentoring and prioritization for team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in System Infrastructure - required.

• Strong and proven expertise in Windows environments - required.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure - required.

• Experience with SCCM and/or Intune - required.

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills - required.

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead -a significant advantage.
